This newsletter post is part of my 45 days series. Everyday for the next 45 days I will send an email to you. Helping you transform your work environment, get you more visible and promoted asap!

Time, money, timezone, "my situation's unusual". Answered straight.

You've been replying all week. Every question, answered in the order they arrived.

"How much time does it take?" About 90 minutes live per week, plus one to two hours applying it to your actual job, which mostly replaces time currently spent worrying unproductively about the same topics. If three hours a week genuinely can't be found for the asset that funds your entire life, that finding deserves its own reflection.

"Do the times work from Singapore / Lagos / Vancouver?" Yes. Global slots; nobody dials in at 3am. This gets asked often enough that I suspect some of you are hoping for an excuse. Sorry.

"Is it worth the money?" Better question: what does the current trajectory cost? A missed promotion cycle typically runs £5k to £15k a year, compounding (day 38 showed the calendar it rides on). A single under-anchored negotiation, similar (day 32's arithmetic). The fee is a fraction of one of those, and it's published on the page rather than revealed on a "strategy call" with a countdown timer: https://ovdlab.com/for

"My situation's unusual. Will general material fit?" The theory is general; the application is entirely yours, weekly, and the application is the product. Matrix organisations, public sector, family firms, mid-redundancy: the room has seen it. Karthik's line covers the distinction: "The others coached me. This coached my situation."

"I'm quite senior. Is this beneath me?" The rooms get more political above you, not less. Roughly a third of members are director level or up, and they consistently cite the sponsorship and promotion-calendar material as worth the fee alone.

"I'm an introvert. Is this fourteen extroverts networking at me?" It's small, structured, and mostly populated by exactly the capable-but-quiet professionals this series describes. Day 20 readers welcome. Nobody is forced to perform; rehearsal slots are chosen, not imposed.

"What if it doesn't work for me?" The honest answer: everything I teach is mechanics you execute, so outcomes are partly yours. What I promise: the system, the room, my attention on your specific situation, weekly, for 12 weeks. What I refuse to promise: results on a schedule. Day 39 gave you the vocabulary for people who promise those.

"When do doors close?" Saturday night, because we start Sunday and I run onboarding personally. Logistics, not a countdown trick.
