Forty days of protocols. Time to show you the engine room properly, in the same register as everything else in this series: facts, mechanisms, no mystique.
The Executive Cohort starts Sunday 7 September. Here is the complete breakdown.
The format
A small group, live, for 12 weeks. Weekly theory sessions on the systems this series has delivered at email depth: the calibration room, the sponsorship ladder, the pay machine, the visibility architecture, the promotion calendar we're currently inside. Sessions run in global time slots; Toronto, Lagos, Manchester and Singapore all get a humane hour.
The live layer
This is where the fee earns itself. Your actual situations, worked weekly: the stalled promotion, Thursday's difficult meeting, the offer on your table. Diagnosed with the frameworks, rehearsed out loud, followed up the next week. Plus 1:1 time with me, the WhatsApp group for in-the-moment coaching, and ad hoc sessions built on whatever wall several members hit in the same fortnight. You saw a full Tuesday on day 33; that walkthrough was accurate, not marketing.
The reason the live layer exists is the one finding this series keeps returning to: knowing protocols and running them are different problems, and the second one is solved by witnessed rhythm (day 36), which solo effort cannot manufacture.
The OVD Lab
The members' portal, yours from day one: the network mapping tool (days 10, 16, 31; the most-praised thing we've built), the script finder with 558 word-for-word scripts searchable mid-crisis, the AI coach you feed your own context files so its answers fit your situation rather than a generic one, the video library, and the CV tools including the R-shape rebuild (days 18, 35).
Who it's for
Mid-career and senior professionals who are already good at the job and done waiting to be noticed. The people this series' reader questions come from. Members have come from Google, HSBC and the NHS, and the results quoted in phase 2 (Peron's 99.9%, Micheal's 24 hours, Mansa's conversation 31, Nick's channel, Karthik's seven months) are from real members you've now met.
Who it's not for
Saturday's edition is entirely about who shouldn't join, and I'll mean every word. The short version: no motivation-seekers, no lurkers, no one mid-crisis needing a floor rather than a building programme.
