The most common reply this fortnight: what actually happens in there? Fair question, and the answer is more mundane and more useful than the mystique around programmes like this. A Tuesday, walked through.
The setup
7pm UK, or the earlier slot for Singapore and Sydney; sessions run in global time zones. Fourteen faces: a VP of Ops in Toronto, a finance manager in Lagos, a product lead in Manchester who got promoted three weeks ago and is quietly terrified about it.
The first half: one system, taught properly
Thirty structured minutes on the week's mechanism: the calibration room, the sponsorship ladder, the number sequence. The material this series delivers at email depth, with the worksheets, the edge cases and the questions the emails can't take. No waffle; the second half is waiting.
The second half: live situations
The Manchester product lead brings hers: first leadership meeting Thursday, doesn't know how to land. We build her one sentence (day 28) on the call. A member who ran the identical play six months ago reports what actually happened. Then she rehearses, out loud, to thirteen people who want her to win, and Thursday's meeting becomes a second performance. Second performances are calmer; that's most of what rehearsal is for.
A public-sector director has a pay conversation stalling. Diagnosis takes ten minutes: day 27 case, verbal yes, nothing written. He drafts the summary email in the session and sends it before we close. Two more situations follow. Nobody's situation waits more than a fortnight for its slot.
Between Tuesdays
The WhatsApp group for the in-the-moment moments ("she just said X, what do I reply?"). 1:1 time with me. The OVD Lab: network mapper, script finder with all 558 scripts searchable, the AI coach you feed your own context, the video library, the CV tools. And when several members hit the same wall in the same fortnight, an ad hoc session gets built on exactly that wall, that week. The curriculum bends to the room.
What it isn't
No transformation promises, no fire-walking, no accountability theatre. Structured theory, live application, and a group that holds you to your own plans, which is the one ingredient solo effort can't manufacture (day 36 explains why witnessed rhythms outlive private ones).
