The human experience can be described with a single, heavy word: "Kabad".
​
It doesn't mean peace.

It doesn't mean happiness.
​
It explains exactly why you are tired.
​
We spend our lives chasing the opposite.
​
Soft beds. Easy money. Quiet Days.

We tell ourselves: "When things finally calm down, I'll be at peace."

But peace never fully arrives.
​
Because comfort keeps asking for more. And the soul keeps feeling empty.
​
Why?

Because you are fighting the design.

Kabad means Hardship.
​
Not struggle or suffering. Hardship.
​
Struggle isn't a mistake in your life.
​
It is the very container of your existence.

So when life feels heavy, its not because your failing.
​
It's not because your doing it wrong.
​
Its because you're human.
​
And you are in this temporary world.
​
We avoid the truth:
​
You don't find peace by escaping struggle.
​
You find peace by choosing the right struggle.
​
Struggling for status, exhausts you.

Struggling for people's approval hollows you out.
​
Struggling for the material things never ends.
​
Kabad (Harship) is then wasted.
​
But struggling for purpose, sharpens you. It centers you.

It gives your pain a direction.

That's why prayer, meditation, gratitude requires effort.
​
That's why patience burns.
​
Thats why holding onto principles is hard.
​
These struggles don't drain you - They anchor you.

Comfort says: "Protect yourself at all costs."

Faith says: "Carry what matters - and I'll carry you"

You weren't build for a painless life.
​
You were built for a purposeful one.

When your struggle has meaning, even exhaustion feels clean.
​
So stop running from hardship.
​
Run toward the struggle, choose the struggle and accept it. Know there is purpose.

That's where peace lives.

Today is Christmas, you're likely on annual leave, whether alone or with family. Today is the day to embrace yourself. Appreciate yourself. Thank yourself for being you. Whether your striving for something more or not. Say to yourself;

"No one can control my emotions other than me, I will take time for myself today, I will only react to something if I want to."
