Day 45.
Six and a half weeks ago this series opened with the four-minute meeting: the room, the sentence, the picture, the advocate. Since then, one protocol a day: the evidence file, the four-line broadcast, the Friday note, the verdict extraction, the witness list, the decider map, the pay machine, the number sequence, the real promotion calendar. Every reader question, every member result, every mechanism has pointed the same direction: work is a system, the system is learnable, and the people who learn it stop waiting to be chosen.
You now hold the complete set. Run them and they work; that was the design, and no purchase is required for any of it.
Tomorrow morning, a group starts running them together: live, witnessed, inside the most valuable six weeks of the career calendar, with the September campaign (day 38) as month one's project. Doors formally closed last night; as I write, a small handful of spots remains from the final reshuffle, and then that's genuinely that until the next intake, months from now, on the wrong side of the window.
